Consultations    
Consultation Schedule Consultation appointments provide an opportunity to plan experiments, design staining panels, analyze data, learn software, or troubleshoot results.  Select a time on the schedule and a staff member will send a Zoom meeting link for the appointment.

 

Analyzers - Main Campus

  • 30min minimum appointment

  • All operator and instrument time will be charged in full if cancelled within the 24hour of appointment start time

*To help keep costs down, Quanteon and Penteon instruments off a Sample Drop-off operator option; when selecting this option, we only charge the time for setup/cleanup/data management.  So for single experiment setup <8 colors we charge 30min operator; for experiments with >7 colors, we charge one hour; the sample drop-off form is required; includes a basic setup; basic gates - extensive sample name labels, etc can be entered by the user, if preferred.  Users are NOT required to stay  - but must verify the operator has their form AND has the chance to ask clarifying questions.  Samples dropped off without speaking to a staff member, or dropped off more than 30min after the appt start time will not be run without prior arrangement.  User wanting staff present for the entire time should select either Training or a specific operator NOT Sample Drop off operator.

Sorters - Main Campus

  • 1 hour minimum sort appointment time
  • All operator and instrument time will be charged in full if cancelled within 48 hour of appointment start time
  • Clinical sorters are: AIDA, PICI, FALSTAFF, DON CARLO, FUSION, MIKADO, CARMEN 
  • Clinical samples cannot be run on VERDI sorter
