Steps for Registering with SSFF

1. Register for SUNet ID here.

2. Create a PO. There is a $2500 minimum for POs.  POs will only be invoiced for services used.

• Rates and Fees can be found here.  Please be sure to include the indirect F&A costs and Admin fees (see bottom of rate page) when estimating usage.
• PO Requirements can be found here.

3. Fill out the Terms and Conditions form.

4. Fill out the EH&S Biosafety Agreement.

5. Email PO, Terms and Conditions, and Biosafety information to SSFF

6. Follow these detailed instructions for registration, once your SUNet ID has been created
