We are located in the basement of the Beckman Center on the Stanford School of Medicine Campus. The instruments are located in B015A and B016. Staff offices are in B015 and B019. Claudia Weber, the Administrative Assistant, is in B007 (across the hall from B016). Note that rooms B015A and B016 are BSL-1 space - NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED! The two analyzer rooms (B016A and B016B) are BSL-2 and require personal protective equipment. The sorter rooms B015A, B016C can be running BSL-2 samples - enter with caution if the door is closed.

Driving

From 280 going north or south:

Exit Sand Hill Road. Drive east (towards Stanford Shopping Center). Turn right at Pasteur Drive. Two blocks down (before the Hospital fountain, turn left onto Blake-Wilbur Dr. A parking structure is on your right. After parking, exit and cross Pasteur Dr. near the fountain in front of the hospital. The Beckman Center is just past the hospital. It is a light brown, four-story building with architectural portholes on the first floor.

From 101 going north or south:

Exit University Avenue. Drive west (towards Stanford University). Cross El Camino Real onto the Stanford University campus, University Avenue becomes Palm Drive. Turn right at Campus Drive (which meanders and becomes West Campus Drive). Turn right at Quarry Road. Turn left at Welch Road. Proceed to Pasteur Dr.. Turn left at Pasteur Dr. Follow parking and walking instructions above from 280.

Parking

Between 8 AM-4 PM, parking is in most areas is generally restricted to automobiles showing "A" or "C" stickers. After 4 PM parking in those areas is OK. There are also several metered and 20-minute parking spaces near the Beckman Center. For several hour parking during the day, using the structure near the Packard Children's Hospital is the most reliable. Sometimes free two hour spots can be found along Pasteur Drive between the Hospital and Sand Hill Road.
